- It appears to be in perfect, completely unused New Old Stock (NOS) condition with zero signs of slot-insertion or wear on the gold PCI contacts

- The one sign of wear is a minor cosmetic flaw consisting of a tiny dent on the outer metal housing of the right-front DB-9 port. (connectors that are the proper size are tested confirmed to fit and sit flush) The cosmetic dent is strictly external, does not affect the interior pins, and will not impede your ability to fully plug in a standard serial cable (see last photo for up close view)
