This unit is pretty old, but has been sitting unused for most of its life.
I've connected it and powered it up; two images show the details in Windows Disk Manager.
This drive is powered via the USB cable (included); it can also be powered by an external 5 VDC 1-amp AC adapter, but no AC adapter is included. For the computers I've tried it on, it works fine being powered by the USB cable.
