Tech challenge - can you fix this Sony PRS-1 reader?
I gave this item as a gift to a family member. They told me that a firmware update bricked the device.
This reader is in excellent physical condition but seems to be stuck in French. I have not been able to restore it to factory settings.
This reader is being sold for parts. Note that the battery is likely useless after all of these years. It holds a charge for a while but I have not fully charged it.
It comes with original packaging, cord, and stylus.
