The 16-Port Industrial USB 3.0 Hub with 5Gbps of shared bandwidth features a2-port host switch, enabling users to switch between two host devices. ThisUSB Hub is built for industrial environments. It features a rugged steelhousing. It is equipped with Level-4 ESD protection, with 15kV air and 8kVcontact discharge ratings. This also enables the Hub to be used for daisychaining to connect multiple Hubs together to support more devices. The16-Port USB Hub offers three mounting options. The 19" rackmount rails arecompliant with EIA-310 standards to install into 1U of rack space. The surfacemount is ideal for workstations, desks, or walls. The standard DIN-rail (Top-Hat/TH) mounting hardware is ideal for installation in industrial equipment.This USB Hub features two 12-24V DC power options. Power can be inputted usingthe 2-wire terminal block connector or the barrel connector. Both enablesupport for USB Battery Charging Specification 1.2 (BC 1.2), enabling eachport to provide up to 1.5A. This USB Hub is OS independent supporting alloperating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux. A USB Event Monitoringutility is also available for download.
