Item was obtained from a casino surplus sale. It was removed from a working environment to be upgraded. May have scuffs/scratches etc associated with use. I have plugged this in and tested to verify lights come on appropriately. No further testing has been completed. Casino utilized stickers to identify purpose of ports/devices.
