Bought from government surplus sale. It powers on and seems to function with no obvious issues but I do not know enough about it to provide any other information. Comes with old cartridges in place ready to print. There are some other boxes with what looks like instruction manuals and maybe other supplies to go with it but I have not opened them all the way to confirm what they contain. All items are Sold as-is.
