Replacement under ServerPartDeals warranty:
· Contact ServerPartDeals with your replacement request and reason for the request through your account.
- If the item is no longer in stock and cannot be replaced within warranty, your order may be refunded.
- ServerPartDeals has the right to provide replacements or refunds and will make every effort to replace defective items.
- A defective product must be returned to ServerPartDeals within the specified warranty period for a replacement of the original product (if available), or refund of the original purchase price.

Who pays for return shipping?
· ServerPartDeals will provide return shipping for items, within 30 days of purchase, being replaced within the contiguous United States if the item is received Dead on Arrival or Failed.
