Shock absorbing technology with a padded back. All the zippers work and it has been laundered. The original spring-loaded key keeper is missing. Wear includes fading of the Swiss Gear logo on the top handle and straps, minor scuffs/marks on outside and bottom, and spotting on one area of the inside laptop compartment. Please see photos.
