This is a custom-made replacement drive tray, compatible with Synology models DS1812+, DS1512+, DS713+, DS712+, and DX513. Check your model to be sure it fits the standard D5 tray.
It is a perfect fit replacement for the discontinued D5 tray. 3D Printed from a matte-finish charcoal black PLA. Very strong.

The interface is a unique locking design which clicks securely into your Synology NAS. See the video for how it clicks in, and can be released and pulled out with easy pinch-and-pull motion.
Provides great airflow around the drive, secures to your drive with 4 screws (included). Simply add your drive and slot it into place!
Note the circular feature near the bottom on the face, is just a design to match the look of the lock on standard drives. It is NOT functional as a lock.
