Record the figures behind a comfortable fit while keepingearlier measurements available.
• Create named measurement profiles for each customer.
• Enter neck, chest, waist, hip, shoulder, sleeve, inseam, and lengthmeasurements.
• Choose centimeters or inches.
• Add notes describing measurement conditions or fitting preferences.
• Save a new version when measurements change.
• Compare earlier versions without replacing their original values.
The same customer and exact profile name continue a versionseries. Changing the unit label does not automatically convert existingnumbers.

Record its owner, description, type, fabric or color, racklocation, intake condition, and workroom notes. Add supporting PNG or JPEGphotographs and append later observations when needed.

Stock quantities and ticket costs are maintained manually.Task prices, estimated hours, and logged time do not automatically calculatethe ticket’s total or costs.
📅 FITTING CALENDAR ANDCUSTOMER APPROVALS
Keep appointments and authorized adjustments clearlyconnected.
Schedule fittings with a customer, ticket, date, time,duration, and selected tailor. Review the weekly calendar or switch to theappointment list.
The app checks for overlapping non-canceled appointmentsassigned to the same tailor.
After the fitting, save the customer’s exact decision andapproved adjustments in a separate permanent record. If instructions changelater, add a new decision while preserving the earlier agreement.
✅ QUALITY CHECKS AND PICKUP
Give every finished garment a clear inspection and handoverprocess.
Record a Pass or Fail quality check with notes about seams,finishing, measurements, and approved adjustments. After correcting a problem,add a fresh inspection.
The latest quality check must pass before a ticket canbecome Ready. Collection also requires a zero balance.
Use the pickup desk to review Ready garments, collect theremaining balance, and produce a pickup receipt.
💳 DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, ANDINVOICES
Keep received money connected to the correct garment ticket.
• Record deposits and final payments.
• Save payment methods, dates, amounts, and references.
• Review paid totals and remaining balances.
• Issue one invoice per ticket.
• Export an updated invoice showing its current payment position.
An issued invoice fixes the ticket’s total and currency.Later payments update the amount paid and balance due.
The software records payments received. It does not processcard transactions or connect to a payment gateway.

Connect your shop’s email provider through SMTP and sendmessages for:

CSV import and export support customers, measurementversions, garments, garment tickets, fittings, task time, and payments.
Suitable PDF and spreadsheet viewers are required. Networkdevices download exports through their browsers for local opening and printing.

Run the application from a folder on your shop computer andopen it in a current web browser.
Other authorized users connect through the host computer’sdisplayed network address on the same trusted private Wi-Fi or local network.
The host must remain running and awake while staff work.Ordinary local shop work can continue without internet access. Email requiresinternet access and a configured SMTP account.
Working records stay in the host computer’s local datafolder. Administrator backups help you keep copies of your shop information.

- Insert the USB flash card into a compatible computer using an appropriate port or adapter.
- Copy the complete software package to a permanent writable folder on your computer.
- Extract the application ZIP before opening its setup files.
- Run the setup file for your operating system.
- Create your first administrator account.
- Add your shop information, logo, currency, and appearance preferences.
- Create staff accounts and choose their permissions.
- Explore the sample records before entering real customer work.
The included setup files help create a desktop shortcut.Normal use does not require a separate Go, Python, Node.js, or programmingruntime installation.
Cleared sample data stays cleared after restarting. Itreturns only when an administrator explicitly reloads it.
