This product has rust on the outside, and potentially inside as well. There is discoloration, scratches and residue on this product. I was unable to test it fully but I did manage to power it on and you can see an image of the start screen. Please note I did not have anything plugged in or inserted other than the video and AC cables. However, no cables are included with this ordee.
