This is a BRAND NEWre-engineered design of the original Tandy Color Computer 26-3024 Multi-Pak Interface adapter!
Note fromseller: I thought my write-up was thorough but I guess not as I keep gettingthe same question over and over. YES THIS WORKS ON ALL 3 MODEL COCO's!
This newdesign is much smaller and uses less power. 5v power is providedusing the included DC barrel adapter or a USB Micro cable, whichever youprefer. The Unit uses multiple voltage regulators which convert the DC 7.5V down to a constant and clean 5V signal even when all 4 slots are used.
Engineered to allow cartsto face front so you can easily see the labels, switches, and LEDs!
Speakingof which, the two LEDs indicate multi-pak power (RED) and when the ColorComputer is on (AMBER). MULTI-PAK Interface requires an external power source to operate(included).
Don't pay high prices for the uncommon original Multi-Pak when you can have a brandnew trouble free model!
NOTICE TO COCO 1 OWNERS! If you arean Original COCO MODEL 1 Owner and require 12V and/or -12V power from your coco1 into the Multi-pak Interface for a RARE/SPECIALIZED device which utilizes those voltages PLEASE CONTACT MEBEFORE BUYING (NOT AFTER)!
I can make sure either of those voltage lines are passed from your coco 1 into the MPI! THIS ONLYAPPLIES TO COCO 1 owners as the MULTI-PAK INTERFACE DOES NOT provide those specific voltages(Neither does the Coco 2 or 3). Coco 2 and 3 owners do not need to worry about any of this!
As you cansee in the photos the COCO-FUJINET device (which I ) and game cartridge are forward facingso you can easily see LED's , Switches, and Labels!
