On the back of the case says:Warning: This Learning Disc can only be used with the Learning Machine. Damage could occur to audio speakers or standard headphones. Please read all instructons inside the case before playing this Learning Disk.
A headset is NOT included with this disc. You need the learning machine headset to use this learning CD.
These work with the Zygon learning machine. While the discs are played through a regular cd player, they are not suggested to be used with regular headphones or speakers, as the CDs play a high frequency tone to activate the light shield. If you play the CDs through normal headphones/speakers, it could possibly damage your speakers. Playing the CDs through the Zygon learning machine should filter out the entire buzz when translating it into light patterns.
