1. THIS CASE REQUIRES AN SFX OR SFX-L POWER SUPPLY. A standard ATX power supply will not fit. No power supply is included.
2. CPU COOLER HEIGHT IS LIMITED TO 68mm. This is a genuine small form factor case. Most tower air coolers will not fit. Plan on a low-profile cooler or a 240/280mm AIO on the top bracket.
3. MINI-ITX MOTHERBOARDS ONLY. Micro-ATX and ATX boards will not fit.
THE PCIe 4.0 RISER CABLE IS INCLUDED AND INSTALLED
Worth stating clearly because it matters more on this case than most: the TR100 uses a dual-chamber layout, with the motherboard and power supply in the right chamber and the graphics card in the left. The two chambers connect only through the PCIe 4.0 riser cable. Without it the case cannot mount a graphics card at all.
The original Thermaltake riser cable is present and installed in the chassis. If you have seen TR100 listings that omit it, that is the difference.

WHY THIS CASE
The TR100 is built for people who want real desktop performance in something they can pick up and carry. At 18.9 liters it takes a full-length 360mm graphics card and a 280mm AIO, which is unusual for a case this size. The modular panel design also makes it far less painful to build in than most SFF chassis - you can strip it down to the frame and put it back together without fighting it.
CONDITION
Used, in good condition.
All panels are present and attach correctly. The mesh is intact with no dents. Thread inserts and screw holes are undamaged.
This case was used for a previous build and is no longer in service.

What I can tell you is that everything shown in the photos is included, and that the items that actually matter for building in this case - the riser cable, the PCIe bracket, and the mounting hardware - are all here. If a specific accessory is important to you, message me before purchasing and I will check.
NOT INCLUDED: no power supply, no fans, no CPU cooler, no original retail box.

The chassis will be packed carefully with rigid protection and internal bracing.
SHIPPING / ARRIVAL INSPECTION
If the package arrives with visible damage, please photograph the outer box, packing materials, and item before testing or installing it. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved, as the carrier may require it for an insurance claim.
