Used unit removed from prior municipal service and regularly serviced during its previous use.

Before the batteries were removed, the UPS was function tested. The unit powered on, status LEDs illuminated, cooling fan operated properly, and the batteries accepted a charge. When AC power was disconnected, the UPS continued operating on battery power for a period of time before the audible battery alarm activated successfully.

The batteries were subsequently removed and are NOT included.
