This long-range SFP28 optical transceiver delivers up to 25 Gbps over single-mode fiber at distances up to 10 km (6.2 mi). It uses a duplex LC/UPC connector with a 1310 nm transmit and receive wavelength (blue latch), and draws only 1.3W. It’s backward compatible with SFP+ and SFP ports at 10 Gbps and 1 Gbps, and is ideal for switch uplinks, building-to-building backbones, and data center links. Hot-swappable, operating from 32 to 158°F. Requires a matching 1310 nm LR module on the far end. Class 1 laser product. Fiber cable not included.
