This is a full-length ISA card featuring dual video outputs (9-pin D-sub CGA output plus RCA/composite jacks), a parallel port bracket, and a 16 MHz crystal oscillator (CK1100A). Key chips visible include the UMC UM6845R (Motorola 6845-compatible CRT controller), UM2301 support chip, and Toshiba TMM2116AP-10 DRAM.

This card is known to collectors as the "Precise 445" — a relatively uncommon UMC-manufactured CGA/MDA-compatible adapter identified and documented at vgamuseum.info. It differs from the common IBM CGA clone by its UMC chipset and additional composite/light pen port capability.

This card came from an estate collection and is being sold untested, as-is. It appears complete and shows no obvious physical damage — connector fingers are present and the board is intact. No testing equipment is available to verify function.
