Returns:

30 days for defective product, please let us know so wecan replace or refund. Returns for non-defective product within 30 daysplus 20% restocking fee (see additional details below)

Returned items must be in the same condition as they wereshipped. Returns for defective items are accepted within 30 days ofreceipt. We will exchange the unit or provide a refund if a replacementunit is not available. Shipping costs for returned items that are notdefective are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must beaccompanied by an RMA number. Please contact us for an RMA number beforeshipping anything back as well as provide tracking information. Allunauthorized or non-defective returns (example: wrong part ordered; wrongquantity ordered) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
