A Note on 25 Years of Tech: While the packaging was printed during the Pentium era, the LGA 775 mounting standard remained the same for the entire life of the platform. This means that in addition to the CPUs listed on the box, this cooler is physically compatible with Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Quad processors that use the standard 775 mounting holes.
