Up for sale is a super rare piece of mid-2000s PC gaming history. This is an original Asus GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB from 2006, but it’s the highly sought-after Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter collector's edition. I've fully refurbished and cleaned this card, so it’s dust-free and ready to drop right into your retro Windows XP build or sit on a display shelf. Overall, it’s in fantastic shape for a card this old.I want to be totally transparent about the cosmetics: there are some light surface scratches on the glossy black plastic part of the cooler shroud. They aren't deep, and you honestly only notice them when the light catches the plastic at the right angle (check the photos to see what I mean). The actual Ghost Recon artwork is unpeeled and looks awesome.Note: As you can see in the pictures, there is a tiny handwritten "640M" on the back sticker and on the front PCIe tab. Just wanted to point it out, but it doesn't take away from the card at all.Why grab this?
