VINTAGE PACKARD BELL LEGEND 40CD 486 DESKTOP + ISA SLOTS - BOOTS TO BIOS

• 486SX2 Processor
• It has a Seagate Hard Drive but it is not working properly. I tried to install DOS and I received an error message - See Picture # 9
• 3MB Ram
• The CD Rom drive opens and closes well but has not been tested because I was unable to install an operating system, and the CD Rom drive is not a boot option
• The internal floppy drive does not work. I detached the ribbon cable and attached it to a known good floppy drive in an attempt to load DOS. But once I discovered that the hard drive is no good I stopped. I am including the known good floppy drive as seen the last photo as part of the sale, but did not take the time to install it
• There is also a Serial port, Parallel port, and PS2 connections. I tested the PS2 connections with a PS2 mouse and Keyboard and they work perfect. I have not tested the serial port or the parallel port because I don't have any devices that I can use for testing those
• Also, the CMOS battery is dead and will need to be replaced if you want it to keep the date and time
• Includes the Tower, Power Cord and known good Floppy Drive exactly as shown. No additional software or additional hardware is included
