Vintage Packard Bell Multimedia L199 desktop computer (Model A950-TWR).

This unit powers on successfully. The fan runs, indicator lights function, and the CD-ROM drive opens and closes properly. No further testing has been performed due to lack of monitor and peripherals.

The system has been opened for inspection. Internal components appear present including expansion cards, RAM, and motherboard (see photos). Interior shows dust consistent with age.
