The Ubiquiti UniFi USW-8-150W is a great switch, and very quiet because it's fanless, but they run very warm, stacking two of them makes them too hot to handle.
These standoffs will allow you to stack them vertically, which allows convection cooling. Mounting them with the LED ring up seems to give more even cooling, if that helps.
