Here is an affordable Chinese ISA sound card from 1997 which I pulled from a generic Windows 95 minitower
This is a Sound-Blaster Pro-compatible card that is supposed to be Plug 'n Play. However, it has two sets of jumpers. One is to enable or disable a secondary IDE port that doesn't exist on this card. The other is to enable or disable Plug 'n Play configuration.
The card is built around a single OPTi 931 audio chip. The FCC indicates Behavior Technology Corporation (BTC) as the manufacturer.BTC included a wave table header, 4 headers for internal audio cables from optical drives or telephony devices, plus the standard jacks on the back: microphone, line in, and speaker/line out, plus a joystick port/MIDI interface.
