This item has been plugged in and turned on.  It acts like it should once powered on, and centers itself as if it's ready to print.  It tries to print the diagnostic page but the ink is dried out. It feeds the paper through just fine. It will need a new cartridge to fully see if it prints correctly.  It has consistent yellowing on the outer shell.
