Vintage Argent Technologies 386SX/25 desktop computer. Please review all photos carefully for the exact cosmetic condition and included components.

The computer powers on and produces video output. We were able to access the BIOS/Setup menu. BIOS reports 2048 KB (2 MB) of motherboard RAM. The system currently displays a CMOS Error, and during testing it displayed a “System not found / Please restart” message. No operating system was successfully booted.

The floppy disk drive was mechanically tested only — a floppy disk can be inserted and ejected normally. Reading/writing disks was not tested.

Internal components and boards are shown in the photos. The computer includes an Epson SMD-300 floppy drive and Lite-On PA-4151-4F 146W power supply.

The front case has a key lock. The key is NOT included. The case is currently in the UNLOCKED position.

Please note: The outer case/cover does not currently sit completely flush on one side. Near the keyboard/mouse cable area, the cover appears to sit slightly out of alignment and needs to be pressed down and properly secured. When pressed down by hand, it does move into the correct position. We did not attempt any adjustment or repair and are selling it exactly as-is. Please see photos for condition.

No further testing was performed. Due to the age of the computer and limited testing, it is being sold AS-IS / FOR PARTS OR REPAIR, with no guarantee of full functionality.

Only the computer and the components shown as part of the unit are included. Monitor, keyboard, cables, floppy disk, and other testing equipment are NOT included.
