The peel-off sheets contain little functional block diagrams for common 7400-series TTL logic ICs—I can see parts such as 7400, 7402, 7404, 7410, 7411, 7420, 7421, 7427, 7430, 7432, 7407, 7408 and others. The idea was to peel off the appropriate IC diagram and place it onto a the chip on your breadboard or wire wrap. Helps with probing devices and seeing the logic.
