This vintage mid-1980s IBM PC/XT clone is being sold As-Is / For Parts or Repair due to its age, though it has shown highly promising signs of life.

• Power & Video: The system powers on successfully, the internal fans spin up, and it outputs a clean video signal.

• POST: The computer successfully counts RAM on screen and displays a "Setup Error." This is standard behavior for a system of this age with a depleted internal CMOS battery.

• Drives: The internal drives are untested beyond the POST screen. We have not attempted to boot to an operating system.

Physical Condition:

• Chassis: The metal casing and rear I/O ports are in great, clean condition.

• Plastics: The front beige plastic bezel and the keyboard show heavy UV yellowing, typical of ABS plastics from this era. This is an excellent candidate for retro-brighting.

• Keyboard: Includes the highly sought-after, original Epson Q503A proprietary keyboard.
