This is an original grey AMI 1k RAM chip - the 6810. Specifically, an S6810-18 with the embossed logo. I have to admit that I have no idea if this chip is worth anything or not. To be honest, it is just such a cute little chip that I figured it MUST be valuable. How could anything this cute not be worth at least $300? Tell me....it MUST be. Probably lots more. Maybe thousands? This has date code 7728, which I believe means that it was manufactured in the 28th week of 1977. That is pretty darn early for a 6810! Tested working. Selling this as-is.
