Two very nice looking motherboards from the mid 1990s. One appears to be a Dell circa 1996, and the other one is an Intel with primary chip PCISet SB82371SB circa 1995. I have included 15+ detailed photographs, please view them all for overall condition, specs, interface and port options, etc. The Dell is a Socket 7, that part of the Intel is covered by the green component pictured.
