Up for sale is a set of two vintage TOPS 3.5" floppy disks for classic Apple Macintosh computers. Developed by TOPS (a Sun Microsystems Company), this highly regarded late-1980s software was essential for cross-platform networking and resource sharing. The lot includes "Disk 1," which contains the core software required to transform a Mac into a TOPS Network station, and a bonus "TOPS Utilities" disk packed with public domain and shareware tools. Bearing copyright dates from 1985 to 1987, these disks are a fantastic slice of early Mac networking history. Both disks show normal cosmetic aging and wear typical of mid-80s software. Because of the nature and age of vintage magnetic media, these disks are being sold strictly as-is and untested, making them an excellent pickup for 68k Mac restorers or vintage software collectors.
