• Includes the original magnetic head protection / transportation sheet
• Original transport sheet is marked "DO NOT BEND" and includes Japanese and English instructions
• Transport sheet instructs the user to insert the magnetic head protection sheet and set the lever during transportation
• Drive mechanism, circuit boards, motor, wiring, lever assembly and other components are present as shown in the photos
• FRONT BEZEL / FACEPLATE IS MISSING
