Returns & Warranty Information

For your convenience, we offer returns on our products. All returned items must be in their original condition with all manuals and original packaging materials included. If any returned items are found to be damaged or incomplete, Telephony Depot will not provide credit for the return, and the customer will be charged in full for the amount of the damaged or incomplete item. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of invoice. A 15% restocking fee is charged on all product returns.
