WAVLINK AC1200 Dual Band Outdoor Access Point - Expand Your Wi-Fi Coverage to the Vast Outdoors!
The WAVLINK High-Power Wi-Fi AP/Repeater/Extender is mainly used for providing reliable Wi-Fi service in large
areas such as factories, communities, streets, etc. The AP/Repeater/Extender can take an existing 2.4GHz or 5GHz
wireless signal, repeat it, and extend it to a longer range where it is too far away for the router or access point to reach.
And it supports transmission speeds of up to 300Mbps over 2.4G band and 867Mbps over 5G band. It has two external antennas,
providing even better wireless performance, transmission rates, and stability. Automatically avoids
channel conflicts using its channel selection feature.

IP67-rated weatherproof and heat-resistant housing ensures continued operation in harsh outdoor environments.
For example, it is sunny and exposed to the sun; it rains and is wet; it snows and freezes; and there is thunder and lightning.

Waterproof Case Design

7dBi Omni Directional Antenna
The AC1200 outdoor access point features two hign-gain 7dBi omni directional antennas,
designed to enhance the WiFi signal equally in all directions, ensuring broader coverage compared to standard directional antennas.

How to Install Antennas and Ethernet Cable?
1) Pass the RJ45 cable through the spiral cover.
2) Pass the RJ45 cable through the rubber seal.
3) Pass the RJ45 cable through the holder.
4) Connect the RJ45 cable to the RJ45 port.
5) Spin 2.4G/5G antenna into the 2.4G/5G external RP-SMA connector.
6) Tighten to secure the holder.
7) Insert the rubber seal into the holder.
8) Secure the spiral cover by screwing it on.

Installation Steps for the Device
1) Fasten the main body holder.
2) Plug the device into the holder.
3) Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the "PoE" port of the PoE converter.
4) Connect one end of another Ethernet cable to the "LAN DATA IN" port of the PoE converter,
and connect the other end to a "LAN" port of your router.
5) Plug the Power Adapter into the power outlet.
6) Push the "ON/OFF" button on the PoE converter to power on.

How to Install the Ethernet Cable?
① Pass the RJ45 cable through the waterproof connector cover.
② Screw the waterproof seal into the waterproof connector bracket.
③ Pass the RJ45 cable through the waterproof connector bracket, and screw the waterproof connector bracket into the cover.
④ Put the waterproof sealing ring on the waterproof connector bracket.
⑤ Connect the RJ45 cable to WAN/LAN port.
⑥ Connect the 2.4G and 5G antennas to the corresponding connectors.

Warm Tips:
1.When setting up a mesh network, please note that the WL-WN588HA2 supports a maximum of 8 devices for networking
(including the main router). It is only compatible with devices from the same brand "Wavlink" that support Everything Mesh;
other devices are not supported.
2.The access point cannot act as a repeater for wireless signals with enforced captive portal.
3.For optimal performance, choose open and unobstructed locations, avoiding obstacles like walls, doors,
aquariums, trees, and other barriers as much as possible.
4.All Wi-Fi extenders are designed to expand or enhance Wi-Fi coverage range, rather than directly increase speed.
5.PoE converter is not waterproof and should be used indoors or in a sheltered WL-WN588HA2 (AERIAL HD8S)
