Waveform ProLink: Directional Outdoor 5G Modem, UltraPole Mount

• THE PINNACLE OF OUTDOOR PERFORMANCE ProLink combines a precisely tuned directional antenna and a Qualcomm Snapdragon X62 modem in one weatherproof outdoor unit. By capturing signal where it’s strongest and eliminating the loss that comes with long coax runs, it delivers faster, more consistent 5G internet directly to your WiFi router. Whether you’re on the edge of coverage or simply tired of unstable speeds, ProLink is built to unlock maximum performance on your network.
• CERTIFIED CARRIER COMPATIBILITY ProLink works with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. It supports all sub‑6 GHz 5G and 4G LTE - making it a reliable choice for both consumer and business data plans. Note: Some carrier plans have device restrictions. Reach out to our team, and we’ll help you confirm compatibility before you buy.
• EXPERT SUPPORT AND DETAILED MANUALS ProLink comes with a comprehensive manual, step‑by‑step installation guides, and direct access to our team of seasoned experts, seven days a week. We’ve helped over 60,000 customers fix their 5G internet, and we can help solve even the trickiest challenges.
• EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A CLEAN INSTALL ProLink is designed to plug‑and‑play with your WiFi router. Each kit includes two 50 ft outdoor‑rated Ethernet cables, a PoE injector, mounting hardware, and a window entry cable for clean, drill‑free installs. Its built‑in screen and alignment buzzer make aiming straightforward, while the Web UI provides clear signal metrics and setup tools. No coax, no extra hardware - just one outdoor unit and a single Ethernet run for a reliable, hassle‑free setup.
• HIGH-GAIN 4X4 MIMO ANTENNA ProLink’s integrated 4x4 MIMO antenna system includes two cross‑polarized directional antennas and two omnidirectional elements, delivering up to 10 dBi of peak gain. This design is tuned for the trickiest signal conditions, where small improvements in signal quality translate into big gains in speed and stability.

Bring fast, stable internet to your fixed wireless setup in even the most remote or signal-challenged locations with the Waveform ProLink: a directional outdoor 5G modem that delivers better speeds and reliable connectivity where indoor routers simply can’t compete. ProLink combines a 5G modem and MIMO antenna in a single weatherproof housing that mounts outdoors to maximize signal strength by placing the modem closer to the cell tower. Using the Qualcomm SDx62 chipset, ProLink supports up to 5x carrier aggregation and 100 MHz of combined bandwidth - delivering speeds up to 3.47 Gbps down and 900 Mbps up under ideal conditions. That means significantly higher data rates, lower latency, and a more stable connection. It also supports 4x4 MIMO downlink on many 5G and LTE bands, and 2x2 MIMO uplink on select 5G bands. A built-in 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port provides direct wired connectivity to your local network, powered over a single cable using a passive PoE injector, there’s no need for indoor antenna wiring or extra dongles. Install it where the signal is best outdoors, and it does the rest. ProLink has a smart front display and audible alignment buzzer, it helps to align the modem to the strongest tower and track performance - even without inserting a SIM card. Inside, the ProLink features a 4x4 MIMO antenna configuration: Two directional high-gain antennas with up to 10.0 dBi gain to handle both transmission and reception. Two omnidirectional antennas provide added spatial diversity for reception across multiple bands. ProLink is compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, and supports nearly all LTE and sub-6 GHz 5G bands in the U.S. Unsure on which carrier data plan is best? You can run a Blind Search mode to identify the best-performing carrier at your location making the choice simple. Important to Note (Plan Compatibility) ProLink is compatible with most business and hotspot SIMs, although some Home Internet SIMs like T-Mobile Gateway and Verizon 5G Home may not work due to carrier restrictions. If you're unsure about your plan or need help identifying the best carrier for your location, our Signal Specialists are here to assist.
