Measures approximately 8 1/2" x 11".

Publication has heavy surface scuffing, scratches and marks to the covers. Item has dinged edges and corners, edge chipping, creasing, staining, age discoloration and marks. There is a heavier stain to the front cover, inside the front cover, and to the first few pages near the top edge. There may be marks or writing in ink or pencil.

Item has been in storage for many yearsand there is an old storage-type scent. I don't know if it can be aired out.
