It worked perfectly years ago and has been stored safely in a dry, smoke-free place ever since. The GeForce 8600 GTS (especially XFX versions with their dual-fan cooling) holds up exceptionally well over time – retro gamers and enthusiasts in 2025-2026 still run them successfully in older systems, light gaming, or as display adapters. I don’t have a PC to test it right now, so it's sold untested and as-is.
