WARRANTY INFORMATIONPre-owned machines come with our standard 30-day parts warranty. The warranty period begins on the day the machine is delivered.If any part fails while under warranty, AngelToner will decide whether:(a) to remedy the defect free of charge with regard to parts and labor by making a repair.
(b) to replace the product with an equivalent or similar product.Please note that the warranty does not include the following:

• Consumablessuch as toners, drums, and fusers. This unit is being sold \"as-is\" withexisting consumables installed at minimum of 30%.
• Repairs that are not carried out by an authorized AngelToner service.
• Damageor failure to follow the safety instructions or the operatinginstructions, Acts of God, accidents, non-permissible or exceptionalloading, erroneous handling, unauthorized modifications, or othereffects caused by high voltage or current.

Small printers weighing 70 lbs. or less, we ship via UPS Ground. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.LTL Freight Curbside Delivery
Heavyand/or oversize printers will be shipped by Commercial Freight withStandard Curbside Delivery Service. If you do not have a loading dockand require lift gate service and inside delivery, please contact usfor a quote. These additional services are not included in the standardshipping charge. We will contact you to confirm your shipping detailsbefore we book your shipment. Prior to delivery, the carrier willcontact you to schedule the delivery. Someone must be present on theday of the delivery and sign the proof of delivery.If you donot request these services, you will be responsible for taking theshipment off the delivery truck and inside your facility. AngelToner isnot responsible for any damage incurred by the customer taking theirshipment off the truck themselves.Local Pick-up
Warehousepickup is also available by appointment. We will prepare your order andnotify the pick-up day & time via phone call or message onceeverything is ready.We want nothing more than to ensure our customers are delighted with their purchases.
