Seems to be working fine and in a perfect shape. Comes with original AC adapter. I've tested the router and see the WiFi 7 network along with the Xfinity setup network. Otherwise, I don't know anything else about the device (if it's tied to an account) or haven't done any excessive testing. Selling for parts. Thanks!
