Upon completion of your purchase, we will reach out to you either by message or phone call to assist you in configuring the service. The configuration of your service includes porting over your existing phone number(s) or issuing you a new number, setting up your phone(s) with their BLF keys, voicemail account, auto attendant and so forth so that the phone is customized as you would like for it to function.
If you need to port a phone number in, we will do so at no charge.
After the 2 months of service, you will continue to pay $19.95 plus tax per line per month. There is a discount for the monthly service when you purchase 3 or more devices. There is no contract so you aren't forced to any long term commitments. each line includes a softphone so, you may install an app on your cellular device where you can make and receive calls while away from your desk as if you were at your desk.
The platform allows for you to login and make your own configurations/changes however, you may also reach out to us to have us make changes for you at no charge.
