• What phone systems is the SIP-T48U compatible with?
  The T48U is a standard SIP phone compatible with any SIP-based IP PBX or hosted VoIP service. The official Yealink datasheet specifically names 3CX and BroadSoft BroadWorks. It also works with Asterisk, FreePBX, and most hosted UCaaS platforms (RingCentral, 8x8, Vonage Business, etc.) — confirm compatibility with your provider before purchasing.
• Does this phone include a power adapter?
  No. The SIP-T48U is powered via PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 3). If your network switch does not supply PoE, you will need a PoE injector or the optional Yealink 5V/2A AC power adapter — neither is included in the box.
• What is included in the box?
  The phone ships with the handset and handset cord, a 2-meter CAT5E UTP Ethernet cable, the adjustable desk stand, and a quick start guide. The power adapter and wall mount bracket are optional accessories sold separately.
• Does the T48U have built-in Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?
  No — Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not built in. They are enabled via optional USB dongles: Yealink WF40 or WF50 for Wi-Fi, and BT40 or BT41 for Bluetooth. Both USB ports can be used simultaneously for any two accessories.
