We decided to move to our own hosted telephone system and purchased new phones. I am unsure if you can factory reset these devices and use them with another VoIP PBX. We did try and some things worked, and some things did not. Again - I think these will need a Verizon OneTalk subscription. Please verify with Verizon or other providers before offerding or purchasing. No returns. Again, the items are in great condition, but were used in a clean office environment for 2 years.
