Has mostly everything, comes with 6 1ft cat 6 ethernet cables, but needs power cords for the routers and attachments but otherwise, everything is there.The outside attachment is the top.Right part of it.If you're facing from the front has a piece snapped off, but it should still work without that piece. All in all everything works. I tested the switches to make sure they worked the power cords work. I factory reset everything.I personally took it apart to clean it before I tested them to see if they worked.
