This computer has been mostly just sitting in an office unused for years. So I decided to factory reset it and sell it. It works just fine and upon purchasing it you will see a screen saying it's first time used when you boot it up. The reason I never used it was it started getting really loud shortly after I bought it and I thought it was going to blow up. I then flipped the tower upside down by accident and forgot to put it right side up and the problem went away. I don't know anything about computers but I would guess the fan might be loose or something along those lines.  That said it is a fully functional and old computer with windows 7. I originally updated it to windows 10, but as I said I then factory reset it.

Tower and power cord only. Doesn't come with monitor.
