This thermoplastic polyurethane filament combines the elasticity of rubber with the toughness of plastic, making it ideal for phone cases, watch bands, seals, gaskets, insoles, and vibration dampers — parts that need to bend, stretch, and recover without breaking. At Shore 95A hardness, it feeds far more reliably than softer flexibles while still delivering excellent flexibility and abrasion resistance.

Printing Guidelines
- Nozzle temperature: 200–230°C
- Heat bed temperature: 40–60°C (unheated bed also works with good first-layer adhesion)
- Print speed: 20–40mm/s — slower speeds produce cleaner, more accurate flexible prints
- Direct-drive extruder strongly recommended; keep retraction distance short and speed low
Filament Storage Tips
TPU absorbs moisture from the air, which causes stringing, bubbles, and rough surfaces. Store the spool in a sealed bag or dry box with desiccant when not in use. If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it at 55–65°C for 4–6 hours before printing.
