Bought new and never out of lifeproof case. Very good condition. This was my wife’s iPad. No known issues. Never any problems. Is cleared and reset to factory settings. I don’t see any issues with this unit being used with other carriers in regards to being locked. Unit was paid for in full when new. Originally used with Verizon. Has not been used with Verizon for about 2 years. Comes with original box. No other accessories. Thanx for looking!
