I have seen some ubb forums with a facebook like link on the bottom of post, is this some new version of ubb??

Actually not real new... it was a feature Rick or one of the guys did before. I think it came out somewhere with 7.5.5 or so. In the control panel there in Display Options, General, Topic Display options there are a check box to use Tweet or Facebook buttons at the bottom of posts.
