Okay, this is an installation issue. F2S uses UNIX for an OS. Please post a help request in the UBB5 UNIX Installation forum.
When posting in that forum, YOU MUST include the following information for efficient assistance:
1. Specific version of UBB5 you're installing.
2. Direct URL to the control panel (cp.html)
3. FTP software you are using
And possibly before posting, check to make sure you uploaded all the non-graphic files in ASCII-only mode and that the permissions are set correctly.
