UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 5 Support "403 Forbidden - You are not authorized to access this page" Control panel error

I've been trying to install UBB today and everything seemed to be going fine until I was instructed togo to the control panel page (cp.html) and click on General Settings. I could get to the control panel alright but when i click on General Settings or any of the other options all i get is a "403 - Forbidden" error and get told I don't have authorization. Have I set something up wrong?
