I assume you have purchased the three licenses required for that configuration.
What you are trying to do is strictly unsupported. Only one installation should have access to the datafiles.
The exact problem is that you've said that you're using three different cache directories... the search indexes, today's active topics file, and the core files that build the TAT files are all kept in the cache directory.
